🌷 1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order before dispatch without any charge.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If your order hasn’t left our warehouse, we’ll gladly stop it for you — no questions asked.

💳 2. Refund for Canceled Orders

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
COD Orders: Cancellations are accepted only before shipment. Once shipped, COD orders cannot be canceled.

🚚 3. Same-Day Delivery Orders (Delhi/NCR)

Because Same-Day Delivery orders move fast:

Cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Once the rider is assigned or the parcel leaves the warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.

⚠️ 4. Order Refusal at Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, future COD services may be restricted to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.
