1. Return Policy
You may request a return under the following conditions:
Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged
Customized or specially made products
Items without original tags or packaging
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected
You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
If the item received is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost
6. Cancellation Policy (Optional but recommended)
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
